The RichDao family has mastered all the Gangsters in the Rich city, and every gang must obey his orders. They’ve now decided to load up their $CASH reserves in anticipation of the upcoming new year, when business is expected to be even better!
Behind the scenes, a rogue insider within Spooky Bank has now leaked this impending $CASH boost to several infamous and well-trained Gangsters. The greedy Gangsters have now decided to team up and plan for the biggest money heist of this modern era; they're set on stealing ALL the $CASH from Spooky Bank! The plan is to steal all the $CASH, in which some will be used to upgrade their weaponry, promote some of the Gangsters to leaders, and enjoy the gang's dividends.
All 9,000 Gangsters can work for the RichDao family to earn a $CASH salary. Working is simply a staking-like mechanism and doesn't incur any cost.
You can upgrade your Gangster to become a lead so that you will have a better chance to have more rewards!! Your NFT MUST be unstaked in order to upgrade them!
Gagsters can only become Gangster leads by spending some of their hard earned $CASH to get some clean new threads, diamond chains and a new arsenal of weaponry!
When you are minting, you have a 90% chance to receive a Gangster NFT. There are 3 different levels of Gangster NFTs. Different levels earn different $CASH per day. When you reach level 4, you become a Gangster lead!

So what's the benefit to level up your Gangsters?
When your Gangsters reach to Lv.4, they become Gangster Lead's and take a cut from the Gangsters who work below them:

Example: Low level Gangsters are taxed 35% of their earnings if they choose to pay the tax instead of risking ALL their rewards by attempting to bypass the tax. From this taxed amount, 15% is distributed to the Gangster Leaders and 20% to the SWAT. If 10k rewards were claimed by Gangsters, 1,500 would go to Gangster leaders, with Lv.4 Gangster Leader's receiving 25% (375) and Lv.5 Gangster Leader's receiving 75% (1,125) of this tax split amongst them all.
Working for the RichDao family is the only step to earning $CASH. Simply go to the website and put your Gangsters to work (staking them). Once it's done, they will never stop working. The RichDao family doesn't want to see his Gangster brothers leave empty-handed. So, your Gangster wont be able to stop working (allowed to unstake) until he has 100 $CASH in his pocket!
If you want to level up your Gangster/Gangster lead when they are staking, you need to unstake them first, then you will be free to level them up.
